The product was fine at first, but when I ran into a warranty issue, the support experience was disappointing. It took several emails just to get a clear answer, and at times it felt like they were trying to make it seem like the problem was my fault instead of actually helping. They weren’t outright terrible, but the whole process was slow and frustrating. For the price I paid, I definitely expected better support.

I don’t know, I was just expecting the suction to be stronger. It picked up some stuff fine, but when it came to heavier dirt, it kind of just... didn’t really do much. Maybe I expected too much, but yeah, a little disappointing.

I’ve been using the Sirena for a few months now, it does a really good job with dust and pet hair. The water gets gross quickly, which is kind of satisfying because you can literally see how much it’s picking up.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because it’s a little heavy to drag around, and cleaning it out takes a bit more time than I’d like. That said, it still cleans way better than my old vacuum

I picked this up because dust was making my allergies act up badly. After a few weeks, the air feels cleaner, and I’m sneezing way less! It is a little louder than I expected, but overall I’m still really happy with it.

It works fine for what I needed, but the plastic parts don’t feel super sturdy. I kept expecting something to flex or snap if I was too rough with it. Not a total dealbreaker, just something I noticed. Kind of reminds me of those cheap storage bins I keep buying even though I promise myself I’ll get better ones next time. That said, it was a little slow sometimes, and I didn’t always feel clear on what it was actually fixing. Those parts felt preventable with better explanations or smoother performance. Overall, not bad, just kind of average in my experience.

I’m convinced this is making a huge difference. There’s way less dust floating around, and the room just feels fresher. I can say with total confidence the air feels cleaner now.
